CyberCircus Online-Festival FAQ
1. General Questions about streaming a video
1.1 How Do I Watch a Livestream?
Watching a performance on live stream can take place in any of the following ways:
Desktop Browser :
Our live streams work on most major browsers on Windows and macOS. We recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari when viewing our streams from your computer. It’s best to update your browser whenever possible.
If you are having trouble viewing a live performance on stream, it’s possible the producer is sending the stream at a bitrate higher than your connection can handle. Check your download speed at http://www.speedtest.net/. We also recommend clearing your browser’s cache and ensuring your browser is updated to the most recent version.
Mobile Browser :
Our live streams are viewable on most iOS and Android mobile browsers.
When you arrive at the festival page, click the play button on the player in the browser to open the live player. The same applies to any event whose live player is embedded on a different website. In this case you will find a direct link from the festival page to the streaming page provided by the artist.
